দীর্ঘদিন ফ্রিজে মাছ-মাংস রাখার পর স্বাদ ফেরাতে করণীয়

মাত্র একটি উপকরণে আপনি পুরনো মাছের স্বাদ ফের টাটকা করতে পারেন এবং সেই উপকরণ খুব সহজেই আপনার রান্নাঘরে পেয়ে যাবেন। দুধ দিয়ে খুব সহজে আপনি মাছের আগের স্বাদ ফিরে পেতে পারেন।
কিভাবে : ফ্রিজ থেকে বের করে প্রথমে মাছ ডিফ্রস্ট করে নিন। তারপর ভালো করে ধুয়ে নিন। আরেকটি পাত্রে কাঁচা দুধের সঙ্গে একটু পানি মিশিয়ে নিন। এবার সেই পাত্রে মাছের টুকরোগুলো অন্তত আধা ঘণ্টা ডুবিয়ে রাখুন।
আধা ঘণ্টা পর পানি দিয়ে মাছের টুকরোগুলো আবার ধুয়ে ফেলুন। রান্নার পর খেয়াল করে দেখবেন স্বাদ একেবারে টাটকা মাছের মতো।
